Before PAADIO had a name, we noticed something. Too many talented entrepreneurs were not struggling because they lacked ambition or great ideas — they were struggling because they lacked access.

Our founder, Jude Nnadi, spent years working alongside immigrant, BIPOC, and underserved entrepreneurs. He met business owners who had the determination to succeed but faced barriers at every turn — access to funding was limited, the right networks were difficult to find, and navigating business resources and opportunities often felt overwhelming.
Instead of accepting that reality, Jude believed something different was possible — that when people have access to the right opportunities, they build successful businesses. And that success doesn't stop there:

What began as a mission to help entrepreneurs access resources soon revealed something bigger. As we worked with businesses, nonprofits, community leaders, and funding partners, we realized that lasting change doesn't happen by supporting one entrepreneur at a time — it happens when the systems around them are stronger. When cities invest in inclusive economic development. When organizations collaborate instead of working in isolation. When governments, businesses, investors, and communities share a common vision for growth.
